What is Kenpo?

Kenpo Karate is the main style here at Lee's Karate.  Kenpo karate is a form of martial arts that is very well balanced and is a great one to start in or cross train in. We teach a very self-defense based kenpo with emphasis on self-defense techniques that range from kicks and punches to chokes, grabs, and weapons. You will learn kick, punches, locks, bars, throws, sweeps, etc in one system!

Afterschool Program

We pick up your kids and transport them from school to their karate lessons so you can pick them up after work!  We teach them courtesy, integrity, goal setting, exercise, self-defense, respect, and more in Jonesboro, Brookland, & Paragould, Arkansas! All for just $55 a week! 
Instead of leaving your child home alone and unsupervised.
Or put them in a day care were they get no attention and bullies terrorize them. Enroll your child in an after school program that teaches; Courtesy, self-control, integrity, respect, perseverance, discipline, and self defense.  At Lee's Karate we work with parents and teachers to encourage children to be the best they can be.

What We Offer

We offer martial art classes at two schools located in Jonesboro and Paragould Arkansas and want you to come in and try our trial period and start your journey in the Martial arts with Lee's Karate.  We offer Self-defense classes, traditional martial arts, creative forms, Free Judo class once a month, aikido, MMA/Jujitsu, Aiki-Jujitsu, summer programs, weapons classes, pre-school classes and after-school pickup.

What does your child do after school? We also have Free courtesy transportation and pick up from your child's school to their Karate lessons right after school with our after-school program.  You get the benefits of martial art classes everyday, exercise for your child everyday, and a fun and safe after-school child care for the price of one.  Lee's Karate offers an after-school program in Jonesboro, Brookland, and Paragould!
